Zug has a lot to offer in terms of sports and activities. Here is a small selection of what we would do in Zug.
Sport
Do you want to become active in a association? Zug has wide selection of great association from sport to art supporters. Find here the complete list with contact details (in German).
Only a few minutes walk from your apartment is the Tennis Club Zug. The club has over 730 members and has 9 clay courts and 4 indoor courts. After the game, you can enjoy some refreshing and delicious meals in the cozy clubhouse.
Although you are in a city, there are plenty of green spaces in Zug that invite you for a running round. On Komoot you can find the most beautiful running routes in around the lake of Zug.
Ready to lift some weights? Close to your apartment there is a great fitness studio. Checkout their website.
If you prefer to use pilates or yoga to keep your body in motion. Then visit the Mojo Pilates Studio in Zug and your flexibility will soon move in new spheres.

From trampoline jumping to events for expats - the Freiruum in Zug is THE meeting place for young and old. In addition to trampoline, a bouldering hall or even a parkour zone is integrated into the area. While the little ones let off steam, the adults can enjoy themselves at the more than 17 food stands.
Are you more interested in art. The city of Zug has a large art gallery. Works by renowned artists can be admired here. A must-see for every art lover.
And of course, the home top tier icehockey club EVZ must not be missing here. Even for non-icehockey fans, a visit to the Bossard Arena is worth a trip.
