First of all: Thank you for your stay with WOW Living. It was a pleasure to accommodate you!
Please find here the checklist for the check out
1. Checkout time
Check out time on your departure day is 10 am. Please make sure you leave the apartment on time so we can start with the final cleaning in time. Please inform us if you plan to leave the apartment earlier.
2. apartment
The final cleaning is included in your contract and will be done professionally by WOW Living. We still ask you to leave the apartment in a tidy condition. This means in particular: Move furniture back to the original place, dispose of your trash, report any damage to WOW Living. Please make sure that when you leave the apartment all windows are closed and the apartment door is locked.
3. mailbox
Please empty your mailbox before you leave.
4. keys
Lock your apartment and throw your keys into the keybox. Please remember to lock your apartment before leaving.
Once you exit through the main entrance door, head down the stairs. The keybox is located on the right-hand side at the bottom of the stairs. Please make sure to deposit your keys into the correct keybox.
5. final invoice
The final invoice will be sent a few days after your departure.
